The battle for the "Big Fuckin Deal" begins tomorrow!

And those funds to be used as outlined in Article 1, Section 8.

Everything else Government has become is unConstitutional.

get it yet?

Really? We're back to this point?

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States

Again, explain to all of us how "general welfare" does not in any way include "health care".

So when does the government buy all of us homes? When do they supply us with food? At what point is the government limit set?

Again, since you seem to avoid it, So when does the government buy all of us homes? When do they supply us with food? At what point is the government limit set?

YOU describe what the Statists in Government MEAN to do on thier current path.

3 days of testimony begins tomorrow at the SCOTUS for the constitutionality of Obamacare.

Thoughts or predictions? And a live feed isn't available is it?
Didn't obamaturd promise full disclosure? That didn't happen when he forced his big socialist pos bill down everyones throats.

I can't predict what the SCOTUS will do, but I have an if-then prediction.

IF the court strikes down all of Obamacare, or the individual mandate, we will have a single-payer system within four years.

If it lets Obamacare stand, we will have a single-payer system within twelve years, but not necessarily in four.

As for the live feed, I don't think that Supreme Court trials have ever been televised, so I'd tend to doubt it.

There will be no single payer never.

...federal housing and food assistance are available to low-income Americans. That's not a hypothetical.

But I need a car to get to work because my government housing is outside the area of local transit, now when should they start giving us cars?

And NOTE Obama ISN"T talking about ObamaCare on the campaign trail? I wonder why?

Take Public Transportation.

The problem is, if struck down or repealed, it won’t be replaced with anything, not in this hostile political climate.

And millions will go without health insurance, just as planned by the GOP.

In addition, the Act’s more popular and beneficial components – such as guaranteed coverage for pre-existing conditions and coverage for adult children up to age 26 – will also be lost.
I do not think 26 year olds being covered is that popular. Oh, by the way, adult children? Really? Stupid to think 26 year olds are children. But then, you posted it.

A person is a child of their parents, regardless of age.

heh heh Only you would think helping people get health insurance abridges their liberty.
There's a safety net...and then there's Tyranny. Guess where YOU are applauding?

Yes. 23-year olds being on their parent's plan is Tyranny.

:cuckoo:
And supposed ADULTS at 26...that about cover it?

WHY do you shirk responsibility to yourself?

Are YOU a moocher that wants to use the power of Government to have YOUR way at the expense of the taxpayer or else?

Are YOU a moocher?
