Christianity and other religions are fabled for the guilt they engender in people. We do not need to feel guilty all the time; that only de-sensitizes.
This holiday is not about an event, a year, a group, a feast. This holiday is about now, together, at peace. Satisfied.

Thanksgiving is all about genociding hapless defenseless indians for no reason and stealing their property, according to the PC Police, which is why my celebrates by kidnapping a few indians, forcing them to sign over the titles to cars, houses, and other property they may own, and then letting the children enjoy themselves by burning them at the stake and roast marshmellows and nuts around the fires. It's great fun, and teaches the children the lessons the PC Police think our children should be taught about our history at the same time!
