I wish the need for no killings of anyone. However, there are times when all else has failed to establish peace that killings are neccessary to establish it & prevent far more deaths. Cases in point. Without war the USA would still be a British colony. Without war Hitler would have ruled the world. Without war Japan would not be our ally & trading partner. And without war Jordan would not be at peace from Palestinians.
