Btw refineries are already maxed. You can't create jobs that are already there. Again, all this does is grease supply routes. In other words, it cuts Big Oil's overhead. That's why they want it.

After the IMPORTED pipes are connected, there will only be a handful of permanent jobs associated w/ the sludge transport. Republicorp uses the numbers of people used to connect the pipes together, not the net gain in jobs AFTER its completed.

Is the pipeline safer than using trucks and trains?
Or do you feel the oil will stay in the ground if the pipeline is stopped?
