Yes...despite the Obama Administration's best efforts....another terrorist bombing was prevented and the suspect captured...thanks to a Bush policy no less.

All of this refusal to name the enemy as terrorists and failure to label the threat for what it is...this guy was caught trying to leave the United States anyway....because of a Bush finger-printing requirement that has been in place for years.

Of course thanks to Obama policies he was immediately read his rights so he's now getting lawyered up.

By "Obama policies" you mean the Constitution?

He's an American citizen.

I'm willing to bet that mudwhistle did not support Obama's authorization to assassinate Anwar al-Awlaki...because he's an American citizen.

Maybe I'm wrong.

Naturalized...it's pretty easy to remove his citizenship mainly because he was born in Pakistan....or didn't you know that?

You are.

In case you haven't surmised I don't have a problem with Obama because of what he is, but I do have a problem with him because of what he does.

If he would fight terrorism instead of embrace it I would be on his side.

This terrorist does not have to be given his Miranda Rights immediately, under special circumstances, US citizen or not. If there is an immediate danger (which there is since we do not have all of the facts, ie is he working alone in th US), the Miranda may be delayed. Unfortunately, Obama and his administration is soft on terror, refusing to even call it what it is: a War on terror. Obama refused to do so because Bush coined the phrase. This is no time for ploitics! Than God the device did not detonate.

Obama needs to fund NYC and other high targets instead of wasting our tax dolare on earmarks and illegal health care legislation.

you know... this is just silly.

and richard reid was lawyered up, too. why did you think that was ok when bush was president.

this is why no one takes these kinds of criticisms seriously. they aren't reality-based and they're purely partisan BS.

we all have an interest in catching bad guys. pretending otherwise is offensive and untrue.

Looks like all the smarter terrorists get sent to Iraq and Afghanistan. Their bombs seem to work over there. We fortunately, get the stupid ones. Praise Allah! Maybe this war thing is working for us.
