The FBI has subpoenaed court documents which allegedly contain text messages between former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle and a former Subway franchisee,Business Insider reports, citing the franchisee’s attorney.

The court documents date back to 2008, when the former franchisee was allegedly in a sexual relationship with Fogle. His Zionsville home was searched by the FBI in connection with a child pornography investigation earlier this month, but so far no charges have been filed. The investigation is ongoing.

I've got news for you... It doesn't matter if it's true or not, he is done. There mere suggestion of an impropriety such as this ends careers much bigger than selling sandwiches. The rumors and innuendo will never stop, he will be forever suspect. It doesn't matter at this point whether or not the accusations are true. In American society today, salacious charges like those being leveled against this dumbass through leaks and rumors will be, even if proven false, tabloid fodder for the rest of his life. He won't be able to sell condoms in a whorehouse.

It's very unlikely he will go to prison. She was of legal age, and selling herself. It's not like he raped some Catholic schoolgirl, although from the sounds of it for $100 this kid would have been anything you wanted her to be.
