The original video has been around for awhile. Audit the Audit has just put a new video out about a nurse being arrested for telling a cop NO when told to do a blood draw on an unconscious patient.
Audit the Audit did a good response/analysis to the video as they normally do; however, what they didn't bring up is that the nurse was under no obligation to perform the blood draw herself even if the cop had a warrant (which he didn't) and had the right to get blood drawn for evidence. Even with a warrant or probable cause, the nurse isn't obligated to do any "work" for the police department. Likewise, the hospital isn't legally obligated to do any "work" for the police department.
Stupid Cops. Where is Columbo when we need him? Guess Columbo is dead.
