I'd have no problem paying for roads, police, science and primary and secondary education, if we could do it without running up the debt.
Hell I'd be all for spending double what we do now AND kicking in another 100 billion for space exploration.
The problem is, NASA is no longer about space exploration, but just another tool of the warmists to facilitate breaking the economy, so NO nothing for NASA until they get out of the climate business.
That leaves us with out liabilities like medicare, Social Security, pensions, and defense and our vote bribe social programs that cannot be justified by the Constitution. How about we deduct enough from those unconstitutional programs to spend for roads, police, science, space exploration and primary and secondary education AND balance the budget?
