I thought he phrased it quite well by only saying "disconcerting" vs "holy toledo the security is freaking FUBAR'd and the Prime Minister had to call up the military to fill the security slots because of assholes completely mismanaging the whole deal".

Disconcerting was a nice way of putting it.
