Executive orders and actions and emergencies are nothing new, the only thing that is new is the guy in the Oval Office issuing them. If Congress was doing it's job then most of them probably wouldn't be necessary, and that is an indictment against both parties. Certainly there will be differences in opinion and policy, nobody expects a politician to vote for something they think is a bad idea. But when you do it for partisan political reasons, like voting against a wall that your own party supported not long ago, that's not right.
