Not with our current immigration laws.

ICE can not conduct a raid on a home or business without a warrant issued by an immigration judge. Getting a warrant requires solid evidence, that there will be undocumented immigrants found. Since most undocumented immigrants live with families that have documented immigrants, the yield is simple not worth the cost and bad publicity of beating doors down and failing to make any arrests.

In 2017-2019 under Trump, ICE conducted about 105 raids on businesses, arresting 1600 with 900 deportation. Yet only 11 employers were charge which is pretty awful since the primary purpose of the raids were to stop employers from hiring illegals immigrants. In 2021, all employers raids were stopped and ICE concentrated on gather evidence against employers who hired illegals. The result was 110 business were warned about hiring illegal and 52 were charged. Denying jobs to illegal immigrants is one of the best ways to stop the flood of illegal's coming into the US.
