ICE can not conduct a raid on a home or business without a warrant issued by an immigration judge. Getting a warrant requires solid evidence, that there will be undocumented immigrants found. Since most undocumented immigrants live with families that have document immigrants, the yield is simple not worth the cost and bad publicity of beating doors down and failing to make any arrests.

In 2017-2019 under Trump, ICE conducted about 105 raids on businesses, arresting 1600 with 900 deportation. Yet only 11 employers were charge which is pretty awful since the primary purpose of the raids were to stop employers from hiring illegals immigrants. In 2021, all employers raids were stopped and ICE concentrated on gather evidence against employers who hired illegals. The result was 110 business were warned about hiring illegal and 52 were charged. Denying jobs to illegal immigrants is one best ways to stop the flood of illegal's coming into the US.

Leaving the country is almost impossible without permission from the CCP but we have hundreds of thousands of single, military age Chinese that have illegally crossed our border.
They are traveling to Ecuador & then paying the cartels up to $30,000 to smuggle them into America. Sounds like a lot of money for a young Chinese national fleeing a communist regime.
Most are not caught but even those that are are part of the catch & release.

China has been buying up US land close to many of our military bases with many locals noticing suspicious activities that they report to authorities to no effect.

Considering communist China has already stated their goal is to take down the US & dominate the world as the sole superpower, what could be the legit purpose for DC to facilitate this illegal invasion by refusing to enforce immigration laws & close the border?

Since the fentanyl precursors are made in China, are they being used as drug mules as well?

Considering it costs up to $30K per "refugee" from China, I'd say there's a very good chance the CCP is funding this through the Chinese NGO's helping these guys pay the fees.
These NGOs are firmly controlled by the CCP & keep an eye on the guys once in our country.

Why in the hell would the Chinese travel to Ecuador & then pay the cartels up to $30,000 to get smuggled into the US when they can get a Visa from the US Embassy. 91% of all Chinese that apply are approved. The Migration Policy Institute that you reference is a good source of real international migration information, however the link is bad. Also unemployment in China is relatively high at 5.6%. and for the age groups 16-24 and 25-29 it has risen to 18.1% which is the primary age group crossing our border. The combination of a tighter economy and the communist crack downs is increasing migration from China, not just to the US but also other countries. Chinese incursions into India are increasing as well as other Southeast Asian countries. Also there are more Chinese coming into the US legally as the US is issuing more Visas over the last year due to China opening it's border after finally deciding Covid was under control.

Although there is always the possibility of spies entering the US, I think it unlikely that a Chinese spy would travel to Mexico or Central America to cross our border illegally when they can come in legally. All the spy has to do in China is apply for a Visa as a businessman or tourist. Most of these Visas are approved by the US Embassy and it only takes a few days.

A large force crossing the border illegally presents a number of problems. The Boarder Patrol estimates that they apprehend 90%. That probably is an exaggeration but if any large force was sent, a large percent would be captured and the secret would leak out, even if they sent only small number each day. Once that happened the US military, the FBI, and CIA would be all over it. Secondly, the Chinese government would not want to take the risk because such an intrusion into the US by an armed force would be considered an act of war by China and the US being a NATO country would invoke Article 5 and global warming would no longer be problem.
