Sessions used campaign funds for trip where he talked to Russian's ( senator or campaign adviser?)

I wonder if the reality has started to sink in for Trump yet... that Putin who he thought was an ally is now allowing his government to start turning on Trump to make the U.S. government more divided than ever and to look like idiots on the world stage.

No, he ain't smart enough.

Senator Sessions talked to a Russian, therefore, she's lighter than a duck, which means she's made of wood, and therefore -- a witch! IMPEACH HIM!!!

Once again, there is no "there" there. Senators, Congressmen, Governors, and diplomats all meet with people from foreign governments. Just because the house organ for the DNC (the Washington Compost) reports that a "former official" (unnamed as usual) says the meetings were "substantive" doesn't mean they were or that they even happened.

When the mentally deranged, reality challenged, LWNJ's play out their phony "Post Communist Russia " conspiracy string, they'll still be the minority party and Trump will still be the POTUS.

The Trump administration says Attorney General Jeff Sessions was acting as a then-U.S. senator when he talked to Russia’s ambassador at an event during last year’s Republican National Convention in Cleveland, but Sessions paid for convention travel expenses out of his own political funds and he spoke about Donald Trump’s campaign at the event, according to a person at the event and campaign-finance records.

Sessions made comments related to Trump’s presidential campaign at a Heritage Foundation event during the Republican convention in July, when he met with Russian Ambassador Sergei Kislyak, according to a person at the event in Cleveland.

Jesus. This is what got you all worked up and running here to post an OP?

A Republican Senator, went to the Republican convention, talked up the Republican candidates and spoke to a Russian who was vetted for entry into the US by the current Democrat administration.

Do you feel really dumb for posting this?

Scaramucci May Have a Russia Problem of His Own

Anthony Scaramucci’s appointment as White House communications director is supposed to help President Trump move his messaging away from the relentless Russia scandal—but first Scaramucci may have to get past his own Russia issue.

Since January, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) has pressed the Trump administration to determine whether Scaramucci, at a January meeting, may have broken the law by discussing possible joint investments with the head of a Russian sovereign wealth fund that is under US sanctions. The White House and the Treasury Department have so far blown off Warren’s inquires.

Her questions include “if Mr. Scaramucci may have violated current U.S. sanctions law; if he made any implicit or explicit promises related to the relaxation of U.S. sanctions on Russia; if President Trump or other Trump Administration transition officials were aware of Mr. Scaramucci’s contacts” with the Russian fund.

“An individual under investigation for such violations should not be nominated to serve in the U.S. government,” Warren wrote in a June 15 letter to President Trump, citing reports that Trump planned to pick Scaramucci for an ambassadorial post.

Russia’s ambassador to Washington told his superiors in Moscow that he discussed campaign-related matters, including policy issues important to Moscow, with Jeff Sessions during the 2016 presidential race, contrary to public assertions by the embattled attorney general, according to current and former U.S. officials.

Ambassador Sergey Kislyak’s accounts of two conversations with Sessions — then a top foreign policy adviser to Republican candidate Donald Trump — were intercepted by U.S. spy agencies, which monitor the communications of senior Russian officials both in the United States and in Russia. Sessions initially failed to disclose his contacts with Kislyak and then said that the meetings were not about the Trump campaign.

NO FUCKING WAY!!

A Russian ambassador talked to people about policy issues important to Russia!? This is so outside what ambassadors should be doing. US ambassadors are strictly sharing kitten videos and discussing Disney movies. What kind of treachery are these Russians up to?

If, if, Could have, maybe.

Let me ask you this.

What is more likely. You have an IQ over 20? Or Warren has over 20% Indian blood? I would bet the under on both.

All arranged by the State Dept and other members of the Foreign Relations Committee were there.

On Tuesday, July 19, Global Cleveland welcomed roughly 80 international ambassadors to its Global Partners in Diplomacy reception at Severance Hall. The event, coordinated in partnership with the 2016 Republican National Convention and the U.S. Department of State, introduced the ambassadors to nearly 200 of Northeast Ohio’s civic and corporate leaders.

You fuckers are so desperate that you're quibbling about trivia. So fucking what?

Come on you guys you know very well Sessions was just showing the russians his howdy doody impressions. You quit picking on Howdy he is the esteem AG and ya'll know he didn't get an all expense paid trip from the russians 50 years ago.
What did they speak about, it it's so damn sinister?

He was just Senator Sessions at that event. And he spoke with many people including ambassadors. What's the problem with him using his own political funds?

I'm not getting this.

He lied.

I think it's time we started listing trumpanzees who did NOT meet with Russians and then lie about it.

It would make for a much shorter list.

Is trump as much the fool as trump fans are?

Or did he just think he wouldn't get caught? And if caught, did he think The Royal Family could do whatever they want?

He did say that, as prez, it wasn't possible to break the law.

Whatever, he brought this on himself.

And it was Obama who set up the meeting with the Ambassador Obama himself met 22 times according to WH logs. According to you Obama was doing something nefarious that is jail worthy as is the act of surveillance on our own citizens, unmasking, and leaking it. Furthermore it came from the Washington Post Tabloid newspaper.
Proof Washington Post is a little too fixated on Russia
Pet Russian tortoise, last seen at the Japanese ambassador’s property, is found

Addition after reading some more of the Post's claims:
I noticed a major problem with the claims, being Sessions was not yet part of the Trump team nor informed on Trump's positions. A Russian telling a Senator his country's positions because he is an Ambassador and that is what they do, is perfectly normal. This article is for stupid people who don't know any better. You know, the types when asked who the Vice President is will not just get it wrong, but name someone that makes them seem even more stupid.
