Naturally, this will increase the consumption of artificially sweetened beverages, requiring more regulation to prevent people from drinking more of them.

Yea I remember a friend telling me when cigarette prices went up in Indiana all these stores started putting in automatic rolling cigarette machines, the indiana goverment was ticked off and quickly outlawed them.
