Give them some time. They need their pseudo-scientists to whip up some Bullshit to show how he did.

It must be due to exhaust from those two Rovers we sent up there.

One more thing: Bush doesn't care about little green Martians.

The rovers that didn't work? That's a neat trick.

And just think, if Bush had only signed the Kyoto Protocol .......

I wonder what Bush is doing up there? I just knew those probes were sent by Halliburton. Halliburton probably has a clandestine drilling operation going on.

Damn those Martian SUV's to hell!

Actually, it's not just the earth and Mars. There was a period not long ago where the Jupiter great red spot (5 times bigger than earth?) just...disappeared. Saturn's rings did something or other, I forget what. Anyway, google for stories about radical weather changes on the outer planets.

edit: Here's where I read it. Granted, this is Richard Hoagland and all, but you can google the stories yourself, he's not making them up. Wouldn't it be sad if he's right--we're yapping about SUV's and global warming, meanwhile there is a quirk of interplanetary physics we don't really understand, something that makes really bad things happen across the solar system, at 12,000 year or more intervals.

Let's see if we see hurricanes on Mars now.
