Sarah Palin Would Challenge Obama in 2012: 4-1 Margin Palin More Qualified

Too bad, someone did not ask Obama about his qualifications before he was elected, besides being the first black President, he had ZERO executive experience, served on the law review for Harvard, ( kind of an in and out job) spent a couple of years in the Illinois state legislature, spent some time as a community organizor, and all of 150 DAYS in the U.S senate before becoming POTUS. Whoooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaa, but boy, you libs were sure impressed with the way he could READ a teleprompter. That's what got your vote.:lol:

Thank you for proving my point scumbag. Obama was in the Illinois senate for 8 years and wrote or co-sponsored over 800 pieces of legislation.

As a US senator, he was one of the hardest working and most prolific in history writing or co-sponsoring 129 pieces of legislation with both Democrats and Republicans, many of which became law. I provided links in an earlier post.

You guys lie and that makes you scumbags for purposely lying about the President. You are NOT patriots. You are dirty.

It's one thing to have "honest" differences, another to be a lying sack of.......

What has he done as President so far, that was actually good for America.... His apology tour doesn't count.

You mean besides rescuing the economy and what he's done in Afghanistan?

1. Health Care - he hasn't given up on this.

2. Communications: one example is a "swine flu" conference that people were able to watch on line. He has used communication technology in ways that has never been used before. Of course, Republicans will deny that since they refuse to see anything positive, right?

3. Transportation: Department of Transportation has approved 2,500 highway projects.

4. Education: A $2,500 tax credit to help offset the cost of tuition (among other expenses) for those seeking a college education. Nearly five million families are expected to save $9 billion, according to Treasury officials.

5. Cars: Allocate $2 billion in stimulus cash for advanced batteries systems. If the U.S. could dominate this market it would reclaim its perch as the world's premier car manufacturer.

6. Pakistan: Working with Pakistan to take down more than half of Taliban leadership.

7. Cities: The Recovery Act, DOJ secured $2 billion for Byrne Grants, which funds anti-gang and anti-gun task forces. The money, cut during the Bush years, is expected to have massive ramifications on inner-city crime and violence.

8. Engaging the Muslim World: "American is not at war with Islam", decreased tensions within the Muslim world towards the US. No one has thrown a shoe at him.

9. Forests: The Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009.

10. Meetings with Republicans on camera for a give and take. When has that ever happened?

11.Signing laws to expand children's health insurance financed by a 61-cent per pack increase in the federal cigarette tax

12. Enlisting European allies in a new multi-layered strategy in Afghanistan and in Pakistan along with 30,000 more troops.

13. Ordered all federal agencies to undertake a study and make recommendations for ways to cut spending

14. Beginning the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq

15. Families of fallen soldiers have expenses covered to be on hand when the body arrives at Dover A.F.B.

16. Ended media blackout on war casualties; reporting full information

17. Ended the previous stop-loss policy that kept soldiers in Iraq/Afghanistan longer than their enlistment date

18. New federal funding for science and research labs

19. States are permitted to enact federal fuel efficiency standards above federal standards

20. Increased infrastructure spending (roads, bridges, power plants) after years of neglect

21. Funds for high-speed, broadband Internet access to K-12 schools

22. Better body armor is now being provided to our troops

23. Successful release of US captain held by Somali pirates; authorized the SEALS to do their job

24. US Navy increasing patrols off Somali coast

I think I'll stop there, but there are so many more the so called "liberal media" will never report on.

Anyone could go look at his achievements if they really wanted to.

I'll reply for them, as this is what they will say

"That's not helping anybody!" or some other "opinion" they try to pass off as facts

1. Health Care - he hasn't given up on this.

He never should have started on this while in a recession

2. Communications: one example is a "swine flu" conference that people were able to watch on line. He has used communication technology in ways that has never been used before. Of course, Republicans will deny that since they refuse to see anything positive, right?

Missed it, what did it accomplish?

3. Transportation: Department of Transportation has approved 2,500 highway projects.

Is that supposedly part of the stimulus? I don't see any middle aged housewives who lost their jobs out there on the highway crews...

4. Education: A $2,500 tax credit to help offset the cost of tuition (among other expenses) for those seeking a college education. Nearly five million families are expected to save $9 billion, according to Treasury officials.

This could be good

5. Cars: Allocate $2 billion in stimulus cash for advanced batteries systems. If the U.S. could dominate this market it would reclaim its perch as the world's premier car manufacturer.

Stimulus fail

6. Pakistan: Working with Pakistan to take down more than half of Taliban leadership.

I have to give him some credit here. And the new Pakistan Government most of the Credit.

7. Cities: The Recovery Act, DOJ secured $2 billion for Byrne Grants, which funds anti-gang and anti-gun task forces. The money, cut during the Bush years, is expected to have massive ramifications on inner-city crime and violence.

Again Stimulus fail

8. Engaging the Muslim World: "American is not at war with Islam", decreased tensions within the Muslim world towards the US. No one has thrown a shoe at him.

Yet.

12. Enlisting European allies in a new multi-layered strategy in Afghanistan and in Pakistan along with 30,000 more troops.

See 6 above.

13. Ordered all federal agencies to undertake a study and make recommendations for ways to cut spending

And added a record deficit.

14. Beginning the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq

Bush set that up before he left office.

15. Families of fallen soldiers have expenses covered to be on hand when the body arrives at Dover A.F.B.

If Obama did this I'll give him credit. Got a link?

Like every year. mostly in pork I'll bet.

19. States are permitted to enact federal fuel efficiency standards above federal standards

Always have been.

20. Increased infrastructure spending (roads, bridges, power plants) after years of neglect

More of the stimulus fail

21. Funds for high-speed, broadband Internet access to K-12 schools

Local problem should not be addressed at the national level

22. Better body armor is now being provided to our troops

Everything always gets better. Its called technology.

23. Successful release of US captain held by Somali pirates; authorized the SEALS to do their job

After how many meetings did allow our military to do what they should have done as a matter of course.

24. US Navy increasing patrols off Somali coast

As any President should have done. To protect American interests and citizens.

And of course, you went through every single link I provided. You guys on the right will never see an Obama success, never. You can't. You won't. You refuse to.

If he does something you consider "correct", it's because a "president is supposed to do that so it doesn't count".

Just admit it. You hate him. You want him to fail. You will never admit to a single Obama success. Admit it. It's the truth.

Wrong, I want his socialist policies to fail. Because that will mean that America wins. And I don't hate him. I do not want him to screw up my country.

There may be some people who Absolutely hates the Obama, but I'd say for the most part, most who don't like him and his polices are about the same as those who didn't LIKE or HATED Bush.

good grief.

Question for conservatives:

If Sarah Palin isn't the dumbest Republican female in national politics, who is?

My opinion - Bachmann. But that's just me.

I'm guessing the conservatives here won't name anyone, which means they support Palin despite not being able to name a single woman in the Republican party who's dumber than she is.:lol::lol:

Sorry I was late answering. Being a conservative and all, I was at work.

What gets me is all you radical liberal kooks are saying that a popular person as governor for 643 days, who passed great legislation that benefited a state doesn't qualify as experience to hold the Office of the Presidency compared to someone that spent 143 days in the Senate.

WikiAnswers - How many attendance days did Obama serve in the US Senate

She didn't PASS a freaking THING she signed legislation PASSED by the State Legislator. How dumb can you get?

Fact is that my wife is proud that she never had to work outside the home, but took a few part time jobs for the hell of it now and then. After all the kids were grown. Is there something wrong with that? We know there's plenty wrong with the stimulus, they needed another jobs bill after that, and My bet is there will be more yet to come.

If I see one more fucktard call Obama arrogant, I think I'll blow a fuse. It's a purely partisan, ad hominem attempt at an attack that has no basis in reality. The more the guy tries to act humble, the more you slam him.

Hell, Biden tried to be humble and partisan hack Laura Ingram painted him as a buffoon. He said he didn't know what the people thought...he though he knew but he didnt want to say for sure. That's someone trying not to act arrogant and trying not to act like a know it all. Instead, partisan slams.

God I wish I was on the pharmaceuticals some of you people are on.

I was kinda thinking you is. As for Obama being arrogant, I got no problem saying he is. Anyone, or any Party that has the nerve to try and stuff that worthless Health Care Reform package down our throats whether we want it or not, is about as arrogant as it gets. :eusa_hand:

You forgot the Nobel Peace Prize but other than that you really had to do some digging for this stuff. To be completely honest it's down right boooooooooooooooooooooring, especially considering that he had a filibuster proof senate for a year and got NOTHING done of any real significance. Of course, Jimmy Carter had pretty much the same first year. I think that Obama will end up the same way Jimmy did too, a one termer.

:eusa_hand:

Heck the type of person that would even want to be president has to have arrogance in his/her personality profile somewhere to want the job.

Yes, there is no doubt that they have to have a huge ego, but Obama lacks any humility and it shows. Have you noticed how he jerks his head up to the right and sticks his nose in the air, good greif, you think his staff would tell him to stop doing that. He does that when he is questioned and becomes defensive.

You mean besides rescuing the economy and what he's done in Afghanistan?

1. Health Care - he hasn't given up on this.

Honestly, I don't understand why you guys keep comparing the Democrat and the Republican Parties? Do you really think they are similar?

Republican Party - more than 90% white and Christian, less than 2% black and the rest (8%) Hispanic, Asian, Muslim, Hindu and other

Democratic Party - White, Black, Hispanic, Jew, Muslim, Hindu, gay, feminist, conservative, liberal, young, old,

The Democratic Party does NOT vote in lockstep the way Republicans do.

THEY ARE NOT THE SAME. GOT IT???? FINALLY????

Oh yea, now I see it. I won't vote for him anymore because his head moves to the right and his nose goes up. Thanks for pointing that out and interpreting what it means with your keen insight and understanding.
