Rush Says Romney Just Lost the Nomination

its is both you fool, man effects it by edging up the natural cycle.

Mans activities produce MORE of the things tha naturally effect the system.

The world is a delicate balence and when you fuck with that delcate balence you WILL change the natrual pattern.

BTW even the natural pattern has produced GREAT exticntions.

The world does not revolve arround humans

the world is billions of years old.
Conditions take millions of years to develop to have an affect on anything.
If mans "addition" to these conditions results in one less million of years......in other words 349 million years instead of 350 million years.....well, so be it.

As for your "great extinctions"......

were you home schooled? DO you have any idea what you are talking about?

There is nothing that man can do that will affect the Earth. The earth will always be here no matter how much we screw up..........We, however, may not

Good point, its about keeping in the right balence so humans can keep going.

The world will do fine with massive weather changes that are enough to make it uninhabitable by man.

Could've said that about a lot of McCain's positions.

If there were any other viable GOP candidates, sure. Nobody who ran in 2008 excited the base enough to run away with the nomination.

Who are the viable ones not that weren't then?

I don't like either party, but Obama sounds good in front of a microphone and was painted as the anti-Bush, that's why he won (certainly not because of any past accomplishments) but I don't see anyone with his charisma on the other side.

great extinctions in OUR history?
Man went through an extinction?

One major extinction of living beings on earth (certainly not homo sapiens) was likely caused by a collision with an object passing through our solar system. Another "extinction" was caused by the great ice age (not the mini one of the late 1700's)...but that resulted in the extinction of non migratory beings that had no way to flee the area...such as those living in closed ponds, lakes, etc.

Oh yeah...and the extinction of the Hippie...forgot about that one...when aerosol hairspray was banned.

I don't agree at all. The media picks who gets to excite the base. For instance, The media knew McCain was widely disliked by the base but pushed him anyways, then Mitt drops out and the media for shits and giggle pushed Huck to the front of the line for a day and McCain started losing to a guy that was pulling 1% or less in primaries... Really at no point was McCain even doing "ok" during the primaries, Mitt dropped out and people were like "really?" Not that people liked Mitt all that much, but he was on par with McCain and it could have gone either way.

It's easy to excite some of the base, it's hard to get most of the party’s base on your side and it's harder to get independents.

It must be tough being you.
You live in fear everyday based on theories offered by:
1) Scinteitsts who continualkly ask for funding from the left and in return agree with whatever it is the left wants them to agree with
2) a former VP who made an ass of himself as a politician who cried "cheater" and so, instead, grew a beard and made millions of dollars marketing a theory that he knew people on the left would pay good money to hear about.
yep.....it must be tough to be you.

Yeah, they are called natural disasters....NATURAL.....disasters, not man made.

If Gore thought man made global warming was an epidemic he'd take it seriously in his own life, he's probably in the top 1% of humans in terms of how much pollution one individual can be responsible for.

You have turned a thread about Rush's comments on Mitt into *Global warming* and *mankind goes extinct, but not really.*

Fucking silly fat girl, shut the fuck up please.

I've got an idea.

Maybe Republicans should just cancel ALL the Republican primaries and caucuses. Then let Rush decide who the nominee will be.

Is this before or after the primaries are canceled so that liberals can tell conservatives who better represents them?

Progressive Liberals: And now up representing conservative again in 2012 we give them McCain!

do you read what you post links to?

Words like "likely" and "maybe" and "probably" and "no evidence, but thought to be" are terms that are used to make it clear that "this is strictly a theory".....

TM...in school we were taught how to discerne between fiction and non fiction...and fact and theory...and news reporting and news commentary

Based on your posts...anything that agrees with your way of thinking is fact, non fiction and news repoorting...and everything else isw fiction, theory and news commentary.

And thus why you never learn. You only dictate.

3) Those who keep their heads in the sand

There is universal consensus that the climate is changing at a rapid rate and that we are contributing to it. How much man contributes may be debated? How much is part of a natural cycle may be debated

But the question is.....why do we want to continue to dump shit into the air?

What do we gain from that?

Rush is an entertainer.
The left makes a bigger deal about what he says than the right does.

But based on your theory...maybe the democrats should have SNL decide who their nominees will be.

Just sayin'

I dont want someone with charisma, I want someone who will do the right thing and abide by the constitution.
If charisma is all it takes for the left to vote someone into the office of president we are done for.

cost benefit. Something a business mind understands.

If there is no gain, it does not mean trhere will NOT be a great loss if we make changes.

Truth is....the technology is not there yet to eliminate emiossions from cxombustible engines....and just as important...there is not world agreement to all make changes at once.

So for the US to make a change...and the civilized western world to make a change....but all other countires nopt make a change....we will do little to help the eartyh and likely put opurselves in a subordinate position to countries like China both economically and technologically.

No gain means nothing.....the question is what kind of loss will making a change create.

If Rush says up...I will fall down. If he says down, I will climb up. The man is a sleazoid.
With that said, If Romney is not concerned with global warming, then he will not get my vote.

Obama had no record to run on.
He won based on charisma.

And you see the result.
