From now on it will be required for all judicial nominees to adhere to the following prerequisite requirements before accepting nomination from the President of the United States!
1) Firstly Charles Rangal must approve the nomination!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2) No personal opinions are allowed. You may not possess a mind of your own! All opinions must come from a group of Charles Rangal's choice!
3) YOU MUST BELIEVE ROE v. WADE is constitutionally protected and visit Ted Kennedy's office upon arrival in Washington to assure him that you will vote that way.
4) You must not admit that you have actually memorized the Pledge of Alliegence.
5) You must believe that the legal age of consent should be 8 years old!
6) You may not now nor should you ever have placed a Ten Commandments sign in your yard.
7) You must believe in a "ONE WORLD ORDER" in order to properly effect the duties of a Supreme Court Justice.
8) It is absolutely necessary for you to believe that Government knows better how you should live. All your decisions should reflect this and you should understand that if you ever make a decision that reflects individual liberty you will be brought up for review.
9) For all other rules simply call Sen. Schumer and he can advise you what to do!
