Rubio has employer health care. A great health insurance plan. It's government funded.

So he has a employer healthcare plan which means he has to be employed by and work for said employer to get the benefits same as I and many other's have to do with our insurance very different from Obamacare which seems to be the comparison your trying to make here.

Govt funded healthcare does not have to be ran like a business.

I think their coverage should be based on the average coverage of the taxpayers that are paying for their employees (govt employees workj for us) healthcare.

Rubio's daughter is covered under whichever of the 300 CHOICES that Rubio selected from the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, which has no resemblance to Obamacare.

Government funded health care is government funded health care.

1. So he is unfair by criticizing other people's means of getting health care covered while he receives better benefits than the rest of the population (like "let them eat cake")

2. Or does he *enjoy the option* of CHOOSING employment based health care (or CHOOSING to pay for health care by insurance or by paying the bills himself), rather than "facing penalties" if he doesn't buy private insurance as the only legal option?

3. Even when Obama offered to "opt in" to the health care plan, he was OPTING IN.
He wasn't being forced under threat of penalty as he is requiring of others. Not the same.
