Seen it. The extent of the meddling amounts to Ukrainians saying mean things about Trump (who said stupid things about Crimea) and that they pointed out the corruption of Manafort who is now sitting in federal prison having been convicted of corruption.

All during the summer and fall of 2016, the pseudocons were celebrating the effect the meddling was having on the election.

Now that they know that was Russia's doing, they deny Russia had any impact.

The "new revelations" about Hillary emails were that Weiner's laptop had been confiscated by police while investigating his sexting, and they found a bunch of Hillary's email that had been erased from the Clinton server.
So Comey had to announce that these new emails had to still be looked over.
The Russians had absolutely nothing to do with that, an it is very odd anyone would claim this effected the election, because the FBI finished and gave a clean bill of health on Hillary still before the actual elections.
It is only those who sent in absentee ballots by mail who voted before this was cleared up.

Again, how did Russia have any impact?

They do not seem the sophisticated types, who could do such a thing, nor would there be any reason to.
Why would Trump hire puppets to get himself to do what he already wanted to do?

It is impossible to ever have any certainty as to how hacked the DNC email server, and it does not matter.
The harm was done by the DNC fixing the election, not the hackers reading the public emails about how it was fixed.
