Romney needs to withdraw. open the convention.

What's Romney's message, Swiss bank accounts for everybody? You know the OP's right, but is there really a better choice?

Just curious, were there Swiss bank accounts mentioned on Romney's 2010 return? If I were Romney I would tell the Obama administration to pack their requests up their behinds. Obama let the lie stand he was born in Kenya for 17 years until the Constitutional Law professor had someone tell him he couldn't run for President if he kept saying he was born in Kenya. Not saying he was born in Kenya but Obama sure said he was. The original birther LOL.

Tax evasion doesn't sit right with American voters in this economy. Your birther lies were never believed, this is hurting the right wing. YOU all should cut him loose. Better choices next time from the GOP maybe?

No shit:

41 Obama White House aides owe the IRS $831,000 in back taxes -- and they're not alone - latimes.com

...We now know that federal employees across the nation owe fully $1 billion in back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service.

As in, 1,000 times one million dollars. All this political jabber about giving middle-class ...
... Americans a tax cut. Thousands of feds have been giving themselves one all along -- unofficially. And these tax scofflaws include more than three dozen folks who work for the president with that newly decorated Oval Office.

The Post's T.W. Farnum did some research and found that out of the total sum, just 638 workers on Capitol Hill owe the IRS $9.3 million in back taxes. As in, overdue. The IRS gets stiffed by the legislative body that controls its budget. How Washington works...

...Now, back taxes have been a problem for the Obama-Biden administration. You may recall early on that Tom Daschle was the president's top pick to run the Health and Human Services Department. But it turned out the former Democratic senator, who was un-elected from South Dakota in 2004, owed something like $120,000 to the IRS for things from his subsequent benefactor that he just forgot to pay taxes on. You know how that is. $120G's here or there. So he dropped out.

And then we learned this guy Timothy Geithner owed something like $42,000 in back taxes and penalties to the IRS, which is one of the agencies that he'd be in charge of as secretary of the Treasury. The fine fellow who's supposed to know about handling everyone else's money. In the end this was excused by Washington's bipartisan CYA culture as one of those inadvertent accidental oversights that somehow never seem to happen on the side of paying too much taxes.

And under Geithner's expert guidance the U.S. economy has been, well, wow! Just look at it.

Privacy laws prevent release of individual tax delinquents' names. But we do know that as of the end of 2009, 41 people inside Obama's very own White House owe the government they're allegedly running a total of $831,055 in back taxes. That would cover a lot of special chocolate desserts in the White House Mess...

...In the House of Representatives, 421 people owe a total $6,524,892. In the Senate, 217 owe $2,774,836. In the IRS' parent department, Treasury, 1,204 owe $7,670,814. At the Labor Department, where Secretary Hilda Solis' husband had some back-tax problems before her confirmation, 463 owe $7,481,463. Eighty-one workers for the Federal Reserve System's board of governors owe $1,076,733.

Over at the Justice Department, which is so busy enforcing other laws and suing Arizona, 1,971 employees still owe $14,350,152 in overdue taxes.

Then, we come to the Department of Homeland Security, which is run by Janet Napolitano, the former governor of Arizona who preferred to call terrorist acts "man-caused disasters." Homeland Security is keeping all of us safe by ensuring that a brave Dutch tourist is aboard every inbound international flight to thwart any would-be bomber with explosives in his underpants.

Within that department, there reside 4,856 people who owe the tax agency a whopping total of $37,012,174...

Wow the perception is Dems are desperate anti American nutcases. And BTW if Mitt didn't pay his taxes I'm sure the IRS would of already notified Obama. Mitt doesn't want to show them because the lefts position has been to attack success for last 10-20 years. Why give more mindless sheep ammo when a lot of them probably want or may vote for mitt if they're on the fence.

obama is running on romney is an out of touch elite, and its working.

only for the stupid people. the rest of us view him as a success. he knows how to handle money, make the most of it, and run an economy. now go back to your witch hunt.

obama is the one that needs to withdraw, rather than hiding like he did at the NAACP convention. Or, is it true that the NAACP pissed off the Golden Sasquatch and SHE wouldn't LET him go?

Obama's Absence The Talk Of NAACP Convention

But theories abound as to why Obama skipped the convention, with rumors being passed around over dinner buffets and in Starbucks lines. Several attendees claimed that a rift had recently formed between the NAACP board and the First Lady's office (though no one had firsthand knowledge of the supposed breaking point).

Give it up obama, you know you're going to lose.

romney is getting destroyed with all this bain stuff. open the convention so we can choose a better candidate.

"All this Bain stuff"? Boston Globe has admitted to plagiarizing "all this Bain stuff".

Looks like Obutthead is the one getting destroyed.

The left would also like you to know that Romney once dressed up like a police officer and in middle school, he gave a kid a wedgy.

Some serious shit here....

Obama's background has more holes in it than Swiss cheese and not a peep out of the left on that. Nada.

But Romney farts and they're all sniffing trying to figure out what he had for breakfast.

Unfreakinbelievable.

And all of those people should pay up, what they owe....!!

the difference could be that romney DOESN'T OWE taxes on a great deal of his money due to tax code loop holes written for the very wealthiest....in which the middle class have no ability to do.

so, it is more of an "awareness" campaign on how the tax code is written...

Romney has done absolutely nothing wrong with putting his money in overseas tax shelters, because congress has made this legal for him and others....the question is, WHY would congress write this in to the tax code? What made congress choose to allow this kind of loophole for a select few?

Run with it, fudge packer.

That's all you assholes have.

Romney has Obama's FAILED presidency.

I'm sure Romney will use that tool.

What's Romney's message, Swiss bank accounts for everybody? You know the OP's right, but is there really a better choice?

LOL How about you listen to Romney's message instead of the left talking points you so love. Why isn't Obama running on his record?? Why is his campaign focused on "evil Bain" rather than on his signature accomplishment, ObamaTax??

If there's nothing wrong with Bain, why is he running away from his involvement?

I'd say that's a good guess annie!

The last people who should be saying who should be paying more in taxes are those of us who really pay either nothing, or an inconsequential amount in comparison. He was successful, and some people just can't stand that.

Yup. And, the donations they receive are from those who ALSO have interests in keeping those loopholes alive and well.
