Republican House Rule 26(A) Bars Trump From Speaker of The House.

Oh Goody, with McCarthy gone and Republican Leadership in tatters comes a chance for Trump to become Speaker....or alas never.

Under Republican House Rule 26(A) clearly states,"A member of the Republican Leadership shall step aside if indicted for a felony for which a sentence of two or more years imprisonment may be imposed.”

Republicans Have Already Barred Trump From Being Speaker of The House.

Republican House Rule 26(A) is very clear. Any house leadership must step aside if indicted for a felony for whch a sentence of two or more years of imprisonment can be imposed.

P01135809 faces 91-Separate Felony Counts, including 31-Counts of violating the Espionage Act of 1917.

He ain't eligble for Speaker or will Republicans break their own rule.

If you tried really hard, you might even progress to reading Dick, Jane and Sally.

Poor Duke, his hero was well known sucking any dick that would get him a part. He thinks he funny. No...just another lame ass MAGA MAGGOT.
They're gonna install him as Speaker just like Biden got installed into The White House.

With a lot less votes. Pucker your ass 0311.

Trump is not a member of congress... so that rule doesn't apply to him.... and besides the GOP can change their own rules...

By misquoting the rule you appear to have confused yourself over what it says. Rule 26 is about financial disclosure. What you're apparently trying to quote is Rule XXIII 10.b. It applies to members, delegates, and resident commissioners, none of which would apply to Trump if made Speaker. Furthermore it only requires them to resign from committees and subcommittees and party caucus and party conference leadership positions. Again, none of that would effect Trump if he was Speaker.

The parallels with the Essene monk , Jesus continue .

Will the Donald rise into Heaven and then come again ?

See the next thrilling episode .

No Harry, it also prevents him holding the office as well. Under 26(A) P01135809 is not eligble to be Speaker. The only way he could be considered if he was NOT under indictment and he is facing 91-Separate Felony Counts.
why dont you answer my question?....why did you change what the rule says?...

Figures a MAGA MAGGOT would say that.

Post your proof of House Democrats changing house rules to allow a former President under indictment on 91-Felony counts that would have that have allowed that President to serve as Speaker of the House.

Which we both know no such proof does in fact exist because it never happened.

Democrats change the rules when it suits them. The GOP can do the same. It would be no different than them suddenly deciding to let Fetterman wear shorts and hoodies in the Senate.

Trump is not an innocent person.

What has he been convicted of? Last time I checked, its innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

He's been proven guilty of nothing.

Nothing bars Trump from being speaker. Sorry. The rule mentioned in the OP has nothing to do with what he says it does, and doesn't apply to Trump anyway because he's not a member of anything.

You must be blind if you have missed the guilty verdicts handed down to Trump the last seven years.
