Illegal immigrants are criminals, not citizens, and should take their kids back to their own Country. Immigration laws were not meant to be used to undermine our communities and form of gov't by allowing mass immigration and breeding at our expense. Only an idiot or an anti-American subversive would promote such self-defeating propaganda....

Stay asleep if you want like many other Americans who are indoctinated with self-defeating ideology to the point of our Country's complete collapse and subversion....

Conquerors are not immigrants. This land was not even a country and our Founders would be considered migrants and conquerors. It was a land of many warring uncivilized native tribes who are said to have migrated here themselves.

I just know what the research states. Advanced civilizations collapse when they allowed immigrants from less advanced societies to flood in....

Protecting your Country and its people is not a bad thing or isolationist. People can legally come visit or do business and leave unless they apply for legal citizenship. We have to control immigration or be destroyed!

No one will get used to it because histroy shows conflict and destrruction will always follow from cultural and racial influx and loyalties.... So, you better get use to it....

Reading these posts brings a lot to the surface, but the most obvious are those who make illegal immigration from Mexico a partisan question. I hear opinions coming from all over the place including the Mexican-American community itself. There is no clear-cut agreement among any group.

The new Arizona law will probably bring the issue to a head, and probably a nasty one.

As an independent, I find myself agreeing with both sides. Former President Bill Clinton said the immigration laws and requirements for citizenship are clear. We do not need new law, we need to enforce what we have. At the same time I see Southern California over-run by a religion driven people who are overpopulating the planet with no consideration for anyone else. I might add that my sentiments carry on to India and China.

So, I believe something needs to be done, but I don't like the Arizona law because it makes America hypocritical on the issues of human rights.

Here's the bottom line: AZ passed this law to put pressure on Congress to address illegal immigration. Obama wants to kiss in as many illegals as he can, because the Democrats believe in doing so they will shore up the Latino vote for the next generation, just like Clinton did with the black vote. That's the only reason they're always dragging their feet when it comes to immigration reform. Because they believe they're going to benefit from it.

It's just funny to see all the bleeding heart liberals running around screaming Nazism...because as we all know, Hitlers MO was to diminish the strain illegal immigrants in Germany had on the economy and protect their national security from the threats of drug trafficking.

Ummmm, more accurate would be "Every president for the last 40 years has 'drug his feet' on immigration reform." The truth is it's much more complicated than the archaic solutions the Republicans have been offering up. Walls don't work. Neither do attempts to evaluate and profile random people roaming the streets.

What we "Need" is a real change in policy, and more specifically, a resolution to enforce the long dormant laws we already have. The nation tolerates a certain amount of illegal immigration, and with good reason. But that's a whole different story....

Hire an illegal immigrant and go to jail. If one can imagine an America without illegal immigrants, one has to be able to imagine a nation where restaurants start charging exorbitant prices for food because their kitchens will no longer be staffed by cheap labor... or imagine a nation where vegetables cost twice as much as they do now because the farmers have no cheap labor to harvest their crops... or imagine a nation where the price of new homes doubles because the contractors have no cheap labor to build houses... or imagine a nation where hotels wash their sheets once a month because the owners cannot or will not afford to hire housekeeping staff... and on and on. Our economy is riding on the backs of cheap illegal immigrant labor and nobody really bitches about availing themselves of the lower cost products, goods and services that labor creates. If the twelve million illegal immigrants were to suddenly get shipped back across the Rio Grande, our economy would collapse, IMHO.

I was talking about the indoctrinated progressive liberal parrots who spew out buzz words like hate, scary, bigot, etc., to cover their ignorance or real lack of personal insight or thought, and are just flat out anti-American subversives. I watched the lame-stream-media news like MSNBC, and they only showed a few immigrants running around wrapped in American flags during the May Day protests.

On Fox news they showed a mass of immigrants protesting violently and carrying Mexican flags. Strange is it not?
