Remember the Parents That Named Their Child Adolf?

Looks like they were members of a hate group in England that is actually "banned". This group was actively attempting to provoke a race war in the UK. They are going to prison. Hopefully someone renames the child.

SO what?
So they are going to prison. Thats what.

Yeah you must love the UK's disregard of freedom of speech and association

No American would agree with this ridiculous guilty verdict
I love any country that would put ferals like this in prison.

There are plenty of americans that agree with and rejoice in this verdict.

There are plenty of Fascists americans that agree with and rejoice in this verdict -- there fixed it for you Josef Gobbels

Convincing and converting is better than banning.
True, but we're not doing so hot, are we?
As a race? No, generally speaking, our societies don't appear to be succeeding in spreading what is best for us. There are effective methods, however. This shows that the lack is of will.
How does one convince and convert racists without their participation?

It's not up to you or anyone else to convince or convert anyone of or to anything
This statement contradicts itself. Whom does it attempt to convince?

Minding your own fucking business always works
They should have minded their own business instead of trying to start a race riot.
They weren't found guilty of trying to start a race riot
They were found to be members of a group that was trying to start a race riot. Same difference.

Not the same at all.

And that statement was naught but pure speculation
Yet they are still in prison despite your amazingly wrong beliefs.
No they are your and the UK's wrong beliefs.

Americans believe in freedom of speech and association

It is a matter of perception, not participation to any extent other than presence.
You lost me. Can you elaborate?
Think of the color red.
Do not think of the color red.

If you don’t defend people’s freedom of speech, they’ll come for you someday too.

These people are idiots, but the fact that a government is jailing people for their political beliefs is far more troubling.
Perhaps jailing them is going a bit too far. Forcing them to do 500 hours of community service in a Muslim service organization might be better.
For what?

Belonging to a "banned" club?
Yes. A club deemed illegal by their government because it is touting hate for another group of citizens.
No American would ever support such a thing.
So what are you going to do about it?

Ok. I am now thinking of the color green.

Except for the UK, how is it "illegal" to belong to an organization? We should follow their lead and brand the Black Panthers, Nation of Islam, Muslim Brotherhood, the SPLC, the Communist Party USA, and the Socialist Party as "hate groups", making them all illegal.
And The Proud Boys and the KKK and a bunch of others. I never heard the Communist Party, SPLC or Socialist Party engaged in hate speech, though.

They don't have to say a single word, as their ideology speaks for them..

DeathTollCommunism.jpg
That's a cop out. Their "ideology" doesn't include killing millions. Just because you find their ideas hateful to you, doesn't make them hate organizations.
That is entirely dependent upon what the definition of "hate" is, and that depends on what the majority decides it does.

So why are people in the US put in prison for plotting to overthrow the government?

I'm not going to praise it like you do

There's a reason I don't live in a country that does not respect basic rights but maybe you should move to the UK so your government will be more in line with your beliefs.

See they had to present PROOF of the plot and of the individuals parts in the plot. It's called conspiracy to commit

No one was charged with merely being a member of a group

It's not a subtle difference

I'm not going to do anything because I agree with what the UK did. You are the one that has his panties in a bunch. Do something or admit youre just whining.

I sure wish we could ban some of those assholes here. The Brits have sense.

So you think people expressing their beliefs should be a crime because you don't agree with those beliefs? This is exactly why we have a First Amendment, to protect unpopular speech. As long as these people aren't directly harming other people, they should have every right to believe what they want, hateful or otherwise. Nobody should be locked up for simply having membership in a group, regardless of how reprehensible their ideals might be.

That's not what your article said

did you read it or were you too excited about the violation of people's rights to freedom of speech and association?

They were found guilty of nothing other than belonging to a group the British government didn't like
