Remember That Poor Little White Girl who got Her head pounded Into the Sidewalk?

Seriously, were talking about Michael Brown? Michael Brown was physically assualting the officer and attempting to reach for his side arm.
No matter the color of your skin, you will get shot by the officer themself or by an assisting officer. Play dumb games, win dumb prizes.
Brown was shot by the officer attempting to grab his gun.
After being shot, Brown went out from the officer's patrol car, then turned around, and charged at the officer again. Michael Brown was considerably a much larger man than the officer, and after having to defend himself from a 300 pound plus man just moments earlier, the officer knew his life was in danger and stopped the threat.

The evidence, whether you like it or not, don't believe it, or think the DA was a crook, yadda yadda, pointed to those facts.

But at the end of the day, Michael Brown was in complete control of his decisions. What is terrible is that the young man didn't have to die that day. But the media, BLM, politicians want to ignore all the other facts around that young man, that led him to the lifestyle he was living and the nurturing events in his life that brought him to that moment.

Unfortunately Michael Brown chose poorly that day.

In all these cases, if compliance with officers would occur, these deaths don't happen.
Why do we ignore the personal choices that brought the criminal to that point where they had to interact with police? Then, the criminals, do everything but comply who escalate the situation themselves. But for some of you, you conveniently ignore those facts.

What?! They had the trial? And the anti-white libs convicted him of….what?
You got confused. Daniel PERRY killed a protester in Texas.

Daniel PENNY is the man that saved the people in the train in New York.

Yes, thanks….it was clarified for me several posts up. :)

Or he was giving up, and the cop put six rounds into him anyway.

14 witnesses said he had his hands up. The grand jury never heard from them. They did hear from the crazy woman who posted racist screeds on facebook though.

Good grief. You and your endess racism.

Keep standing on that hill...

The average time between subways stops is what...two minutes? I don't see how he saved anyone by putting the guy in a headlock for fifteen minutes.
I was relying on the words of the passengers that were threatened. I take it you were there. New York was improved, no matter how slight, by the elimination of even that one crazy.

I was not there...I don't know if the train was delayed or something...but if you feel threatened...you can always get off at the next stop.

There were no such witnesses

he charged the cop proven fact

Was that proven in a court of law? Nope. the DA rigged the grand jury.

Furgeson did pay out $1.5 million to Brown's family. That isn't something you do if your guy was in the right.

Not always.
Some times the "pay out" is to "settle" a matter rather than let it escalate and cost much more in trial and lawyer expenses and an eventual settlement/court decision that may be equal or greater "pay out".

Your article says 22 witnesses claimed he had his hands up.

That was something you should have had a trial for, not the DOJ or State's Attorney's office saying "naw, it'll be fine!"
And the article said that the many of the witness accounts were unreliable, or repeated from other witnesses. Care to cherry pick anything else from the article while dismissing the entirety of the whole?

again, those are issues for a trial.

This is why you have a prosecutor and a defense attorney.

Not a prosecutor who acts like a defense attorney because a black man shot his cop father.

Those are all lies

The DA did no such thing and yes it was proven in court by evidence

Yes it is something governments do all the time regardless of who is in the right

As usual you are stupid, out of touch and a liar

Again, this prosecutor should have recused himself. The voters threw him out on his can. Then the city paid the family $1.5MM
There was no reason to recuse himself

The whims of voters proves nothing

Paying the family a settlement is common and proves nothing except that it is cheaper to pay out than to fight it out in court

Or that they know that a jury would find a huge settlement when a lawyer got out there and pointed out that Wilson had been fired from his previous job.

Not the case. Grand Jury reviewed the evidence and found the officer acted within the law for lethal force after reviewing all the evidence.

Here is more information for you to review... which you won't and will respond with probably another little illogical quip or anecdote.
