Rand Paul lead down to 6 points.

Progressives are making a monster out of Rand Paul the same way they did Palin, the Huffington Post even gave him his own page.

Comparing two different company's polls makes no sense.

One small problem with Green's analysis: it's an apples-to-oranges comparison of polls. In fact, on May 10, well before there were any comments about the Civil Rights Act, the Daily Kos/Research 2000 poll had Rand Paul ahead of Conway 42%-39%. The current DKos/R2000 poll shows Paul's support is up to 44% and Conways' is up to 41%, which means there's no change in the three point differential between the two candidates. They teach this on the first day of Poll Analysis 101.

Rand Paul holds 6-point lead over Jack Conway in U.S. Senate race | courier-journal.com | The Courier-Journal

This is down from the 20+% lead he held shortly after the nod by the frightened GOP. Now if they can only hide him until after November, he might win the whole thing!

JUST DON'T ANSWER QUESTIONS RAND!

He is being Palinized...

Keep your mouth shut, don't release anything until it is cleared and avoid the evil press at all costs

He's got to come up for air sometime, all be it, whiteman's:tongue: air...

What Rand Paul PollingTailspin? - Real Clear Politics – TIME.com

Rassmussen gave him over 20% lead after his GOP nomination. Rasmussen is a nationally recognized poll. There were Tea baggers on here bragging about the lead. Saying that one poll cannot be compared to another viable poll is as dogmatic and narrow as the Tea Baggers themselves are.

There is Black and there is White and no Gray...

And if Rasmussen shows a drop in their next poll then you have something to attack Rand about, but this wasn't a poll done by Rasmussen was it? And not every poll showed that kind of lead did they? Different poll companies poll differently, so comparing one to the other is "apples-to-oranges" as the article I posted that explains that difference put it.

The Tea Partiers in KY managed to do something even the Democrats couldn't themselves do...

...give the Democrats a fighting chance of winning the Senate seat.

Thanks Kevin...

Just keep him away from Katie Couric....you know how nasty she can be

I have a feeling Rand is going to focus on local media rather than national media.

Rand Paul will do whatever the hell he feels is right. That is the Tea Party mantra correct?

<of course, he has to run EVERY move by McConnell first, but hey, Tea Party, GOP....what is the difference these days, right?>

I agree with you regarding the Tea Party, but to say that Rand is now controlled by McConnell, who vigorously opposed Rand Paul becoming the Republican nominee, is ridiculous.

Accepting friendly advice is not the same as being controlled.

Accepting "friendly" advice from the very politicians you are campaigning against and the ONE who has campaigned for your opponent? You can't be serious?

Taking advice on how to run a campaign by one of the most successful politicians in the country, you could certainly do worse.
