Most blacks have been conditioned to believe they are victims in this country and have zero responsibility for their plight

I have never met a black person who claim to be a “victim”. Even if they were being pulled over for “driving while black”.

I’ve seen smart, responsible well brought up young black men struggle to find after school jobs, while irresponsible white kids get hired and fired a month later for not showing up after a party.

I’ve sat in HR offices as a head hunter and had HR Managers say “Don’t send me any black people”.

The whole headhunter industry exists to keep HR managers from ever having to face racism discrimination lawsuits. They can’t be accused of racially discriminating against minorities in their hiring, if they never interview a minority candidate. It was our job to ensure that they never interviewed an “unsuitable” candidate.
