I'm a bit confused as to why the California Supreme Court thinks they have jack to say about an Amendment to the state Constitution. You can't exactly declare it to be contrary with itself, so it seems a bit outside their jurisdiction.

You can have a civil union, you can serve in the military if you are gay you just have to not try to shove your sexual orientation down some one else's throat.

This isn't about tolerance any more. Tolerance is owed every American citizen. But tolerance simply means we don't shoot you on sight, or beat you within an inch of your life every time you go out in public. This is about ACCEPTANCE and beyond. This is about trying to get gays to feel better about themsleves by forcing everyone else to love (not in the sexual sense of course) them. Unfortunately, for this agenda, love cannot be forced.

This is about an issue being put up to a Democratic vote and because it didn't turn out the way a certain group of people wanted it to, they continue to whine and cry and try to get their way.
