Proof SCOTUS is corrupt.

One who states; that the US constitution is "genius" possesses the intellect of child indeed - since something that defies democracy, and as such "the peoples will" simply ain't genius but SUPPRESSIVE.
And if one likes it or not is irrelevant, since it has absolutely nothing to do with "the SCOTUS supposedly being corrupt" (the topic of this thread) nor with migration.

Who is suppressed by the structure set up in the Constitution?

Look here dolt, this isn't simply about who holds a majority in the USSC - but that the present USSC composition doesn't represent the election result, therefore does not represent the US public will, that in majority voted for the democrats.

Look here dolt, this isn't simply about who holds a majority in the USSC - but that the present USSC composition doesn't represent the election result,

Sure, it does. Every justice on the court was nominated by an elected President and
confirmed by an elected Senate.

Maybe? 20-30% seems like more than a few thousand, I would think.

"The truth is, about 20 to 30 percent of asylum requests have been granted annually since 2009, but experts said that does not mean that the remaining 70 to 80 percent of cases are invalid. There are many reasons why an asylum case might otherwise be dismissed or closed." - Politifact

Those numbers were from before word got out that you could lie and stay here for 6 years or more waiting for a court date.

The general US population, who's will is not being recognized nor needs to be respected by the elitists who rule every fake democratic country on the planet.
It's a Constitution written by and for elitists - judging and having categorized their voter sheep and supporters as being "Children".

Only a person that beholds the intelligence of a Child - would place a fake onto that post of mine - thanks for the confirmation.
And even independent of your dumb question, as to how a US president is entitled to make and implement laws.

If you don't know that - why do you even post in any political thread??? Answer: just to sprout nonsense

The President can't make laws you moron.

Uh huh. Sure.

None of this is the reason for the border crisis. None of it. It's the economic conditions of the world around us. Trump set records, Biden is setting records, and so will the next president. And the one after that.

It's a crisis, precisely because it's just not a simple thing to solve. You can't catch and deport them all, or even a large fraction of them. And as this influx keeps increasing, that effort becomes even more futile.

Let's talk crazy, for a minute:

In the end, America's awesomeness will spread for these people into a type of territory in Mexico. If we don't want the full influx of bodies (we would be smart to want some of them), we need their help.

When did Trump or the Senate ever have a 70% majority???
And if a new government administration is elected - logically in a true democracy, the USSC members would need to be represented in view of the respective election result. - The popular vote. And certainly not by the undemocratic electoral vote.

Since you got no clue about politics - your posts are totally irrelevant and just a waste of my time. Welcome to ignore.

I didn't state "make" laws - but "make and implement" them aka to "create laws" - FYI approved via the Congress.

The Power To Make Laws

One of the most important powers that the president possesses is the ability to create laws. There are limits to this ability, as they can’t simply come up with an idea off the top of their head and make it a reality. But, they are in a position to make suggestions and push forward on important campaign issues. For example, if a new president were to make gun control a big part of their campaign, they can push their agenda and bring about real change.

This presidential power also extends to the ability to veto laws made by Congress and sign new bills into law.

Trump didn't put 70% of the justices on the Court.
All you need are 51 votes in the Senate to confirm a justice.

The Supreme Court isn't elected. The US isn't a "true democracy", whatever the fuck that is. So, what's your point?

Oh no! A foreign moron is ignoring me. DURR

You've discovered Presidents don't enact laws.
Congrats you moron.

Listen, dolt, and learn.
The purpose of the SCOTUS is to interpret the Constitution as it relates to cases put before it.
It's not to "represent the election result" nor "represent the public will".
Are you stupid or just ignorant?

Only a total dolt would believe that the USSC is impartial and nonpartisan. Now go back to your home schooled kindergarten world, where learning obviously wasn't required.
And I am fully aware of your one-sided comments, if the USSC is/would be composed from 70-80% by democrats - you dolt.

That answer implied you're both stupid and ignorant.
Thanks for the confirmation, chump.
Are you even a U.S. citizen?

No - and your answer and post doesn't just imply that you are stupid and ignorant - but factually proves it.
Okay PeeWee.
