It was a study done by one of the leading think tanks in the world.

I can pick and choose whatever study I want to come up with the outcome I predetermined. It's like polls. I can make a poll read anything I want them to read by asking the right questions and asking the right people. Scientists do that all the time with their experiments. They don't mean a danged thing in the end. It's all opeds and personal opinions.

Denmark is more socialist than the US ever was. The Country controls the wages, all jobs, has universal health care, transportation, even goes as far to dictate the amount of time of each persons vacation time. You don't pay for your vacation in Denmark. It's all paid for. Now, if that' s that's not socialist I don't know what is and neither to do you.

You can call Hitler's government Dictatorship a Socialist Government if you wish but it's still a Dictatorship. You can call Venzuela Dictatorship a Socialist Government if you wish but it's still a Dictatorship. You can call Stalin's Dictatorship Communism but it's still Dictatorship. You can call it anything you wish to make it more PR but the truth be told, it's what it is. It's like calling the US a Democracy or even a Republic these days. It's not. It's more a Corporate Republic but that would not look so good even if it is the truth. And a Market Economy is a business model, not a government. When the Government controls the business model, it's a socialist government or pretty damned near it.

Politically, Russia was a dictatorship under Joseph Stalin. Economically, they were socialist. That is where the U.S. coined the phrase “communism” (to describe nations that were dictatorships politically and socialists economically).

So yes...each nation you just mentioned were/are socialist. It is irrelevant to the discussion whether they are dictatorships politically (like Russia) or whether they are democracies politically (like Venezuela - which voted in Hugo Chàvez who promised to deliver socialism). It’s a shame that you don’t understand that.

Socialism is a form of Government not an Economic ideal. It's when the Government control the lives or much of the lives of what affects the population. You can have a Socialist Government and also have Capitalism. China is a good example of that. Like most uneducated people, you keep spewing this nonsense.

And I want it to be wonderful for the Great Great Grand Kids and their Kids. I think what is being done to Her today is just criminal. I do hope we can turn it around before it's too late.
