They differ only in who expects everyone else to carry there water. Liberals think government exists to take money from hard working people and hand it to the degenerates that cant take care of themselves. Neocons think government exists to take money from hard working people and hand it to business who provide substandard goods and services at profit margins that makes a car lot look like angels.

2) Never ending perpetual war. This really ties into number 1 because all that war comes for a profit. Why was Iraq so expensive? The privatization for profit model is why.

3) Religous radicalism/Fear used as a catalysts for 1 and 2.
