    There are outliers, but generally, the stories are logical and pretty uneventful and unsensational.

    Nobody claimed they were "sensational" or otherwise. I was merely pointing out on one hand we are throwing babies out in the cold to die and on the other refusing adoption to those who want children cause they are fat. That's obscene and stupid. Kerry On!

    A co-worker was considered "too old" to adopt in the US (He was 39), so him and his wife adopted from China.

    That is the problem with the system. We just blow it off as "some bureaucrat" instead of get their names and find where they are and do something about them.

    You can "adopt" (spelled p-u-r-c-h-a-s-e) a Filipino kid for about $1500.
