With another massive convoy of would-be illegals from Honduras and other locations headed to our border, President Trump gave these countries an ultimatum:

"Turn the convoy around, stop your people from heading to our border, or the United States will cut off all foreign aid to your country!"

Message Sent: We will not give you a Billion dollars a year AND pay for millions of your people illegally living here.
