I don't know what will actually happen during the investigation. But it seems as if the Democrat testimony would vary from that of their MS13 allies, and that would be Obstruction. Especially if MS13 folks were given deals to turn states evidence.

Trump has never "demonized" the FBI or the DOJ...he has accused the LEADERS of those agencies of corruption! As we've learned more and more about what took place leading up to that election Trump's claims have only become more and more believable.

So Trump is using some sleight-of-hand to say that there are "zero Republicans" on Mueller’s team. The team is led by a registered Republican, and there may be other registered Republicans working with Mueller whose identities the public simply doesn’t know about.
