Here's one. A bunch of people about to go on a charity run. You see all those vehicles around them? They are going to be puttering alongside each runner.
Because a runner in the road just isn't enough if you really want to impede the shit out of traffic. You need to add a car with stupid decorations on it. A van is even better.
So let's add some kickers.
There should be an assigned kicker to each runner and each driver, kicking them in the knees every twenty paces.
