First, does this sound like a Party convinced in the polling results that keep being promoted that have Biden ahead by so much? If they believed that, they'd be ok with Trump cancelling, and may just prefer to keep doing what they were doing the last few weeks.

Second, how much of this has to do with Trump not providing trillions for big donor cities?
