Yup.
In many ways these issues share similar traits.
They both demand that we recognize the Americans' Consitutional rights to freedom of expression, to private property, and to freedom of association and religion.
If one is being consistent with the Constitution, burning the Koran is a non issue.
Likewise, building that mosque is ALSO a non-issue.
Like riding up and down in elevators all day farting may be Constitutionally protected, that doesn't make it ethical.Of course with the Mosque, that is an issue of conquest. Ethics has no part in it anyway. Koran burning? Waste of a good match.
