I suspect your opinion might be different if the D's has painted the same jig saw districts in 2010. CA, known as a liberal (blue) state, requires an independent commission draws both congressional and state legislative district lines.

Redistricting of voters eh ??? Hmmm, Is that the same as redistribution of wealth ??? Yes it is the same thing in demo-land.... Can you Demon-crats win anything without some kind of affirmative action or rigged up maps etc to help y'all out ?? Ever thought about trying to run on the issues ??
