and i just remembered, I think MCCabe was referred to the DOJ for leaking to the press that the clinton foundation was still under investigation and lacking candor when questioned on him leaking that....

I just can't help but wonder. Why was the initial crime of setting up the server to avoid federal records keeping laws ignored, that would be proof of intent for everything subsequent to that. Then they ignored the bitches false exculpatory statements to congress, which also goes to intent. Then the destruction of the emails after they were subpoenaed and devices. Add to that the fact that a grand jury wasn't used, immunity handed out like candy, not one 1001 charge and the whole thing stinks to high heaven. There was absolutely nothing that was done by normal FBI protocol. And folks wonder why people have no confidence in that sham.
