Obama has made cuts. He's cut:

US Credit rating

US Manned Space Program

and now he's targeting the US military.

Abd he says he needs one more term so he can, "finish the job"

by any measure, the military has and is taking hits, so, when does he get to the real drivers of the deficit blow outs? entitlements and discretionary spending?
