Good. This a.m. in our local CBS affiliate, there was a story about a white man who had been arrested for raping a 14 year old girl. It had taken awhile to catch up with him. That is the appropriate place for this type of news--locally--not splashed all over the national news feeds. Rapes happen. They are awful. This incident has been sensationalized and politicized like nobody's business to bolster a conservative agenda item, and it is sure bringing out all the despicable bigots, too, based on some of the posts here.

Two students raped another student in a bathroom stall at the school Thursday, Montgomery County Police said.

Authorities said Henry E. Sanchez, 18, and Jose O. Montano, 17, approached a 14-year-old girl in a hallway at Rockville High School during school hours Thursday morning and asked her to walk with them.

Montano asked her for sex, and after she refused, he and Sanchez forced her into a boys' bathroom where they both raped her and sodomized her, police said.

If you'd like to start a thread on military women being raped, please, be my guest. Of course, you are going to have to show where are the male perpetrators were in this country illegally and should not have been in the Navy. You also need to find, cases where the woman raped, was actually an underage girl aged 14.

One of the rapists was 18 years old from Guatemala and was placed a ninth grade class with the little girls. He could not speak English. The other rapist claims to be 17 but there is nothing to confirm that age other than the word of the accused.

Both were captured in Texas last Summer and then, in accordance with the Obama Catch and Release doctrine, were released instead of being deported.
