Obama's Admitted Un-Constitutional Edict Ends - DACA Participant Removal Begins

And the beautiful thing is that since DACA was nothing more than an EO, then another president can end it with another EO and it can't be challenged in the courts.

Rescinding Obama's EO has already been done, challenged, and DACA was kept in place by a federal judge.

Which is unconstitutional. The law clearly states that an EO is only in force until the president that issued it leaves office or until a following president issues and EO cancelling the previous one. Judges have no authority of EO's. Technically DACA died the day Obama left office. According to the law.

Unless the EO is outside the constitutional powers given to the president, judges can't touch them. The SCOTUS already ruled in Trumps favor on this and if they keep pushing their buttons legislation will be passed changing the law.

Every executive order by the President Poopstain will be shitcanned early in 2021. :)

Ya mean Trump is ending ANOTHER very popular program?

Popular? :laughing0301:

No, he's wiping out yet another piece of Obama's "legacy."

Good riddance.

It's really, really hard to get ahead when you spend all of your time getting even. Trump hasn't done ANYTHING for the people except take away everything that Obama gave them including:

1. Overtime to "management" workers earning less than $45,000 per year. Trump ended that one just as it was about to take effect, losing the votes of minimum wage "managers" everywhere.

2. The "pre-existing conditions protections" of the Affordable Care Act, leaving all baby boomers in fear;

3. And his attempts to destroy DACA. Americans paid to educate these children and now you're going to ship these highly valuable taxpayers off to foreign countries to reap the benefits of their good health, education and skill sets. A total brain drain.

Nothing succeeds with the Republican base like stupid shit that costs billions of dollars of taxpayers' money, especially if you can stick it to non-whites at the same time.

#1 would never vote for Trump.

#2 is a lie.

#3 is the same answer as #1.

1. A lot of them did because Trump said he’d look out for them. They’ll know better next time. Ditto the auto workers, coal miners and trade union guys in the swing states.

2. Weren’t you all just celebrating the ACA being found to be “unconstitutional”? Goodbye pre-existing conditions protections. Obamacare is far more popular than Trump will ever be.

3. You just have no answer for this one do you. I suppose you want to ensure that only those who would vote Republican should be allowed in. Only in America do working people vote in favour of indentured servitude with slave wages. Voters in other countries are smarter than that.

Young people in America are waking up to the mess Republican policies are leaving them in and they’re neither as dumb nor as selfish as you fools. Crushing student debt is hurting the economy, as are low wages to the working poor. But Republicans don’t care. The rich getting richer is all that matters.

Aren't you Canadian? Your godforsaken wasteland has plenty of problems for you to bitch about, so shut the fuck up about your far superior neighbor and get your own igloo in order, you nosy broad.

Remember when Trump campaigned on protecting the dreamers?

Yeah that was a lie.

Don't worry. It will all be back in a very big way. Permanently.

1. The Democrats in Congress let them down. Trump gave them a chance to rewrite the law and they failed miserably.

2. Pre-existing conditions is still the law. There is nothing unconstitutional about that. Forcing someone to pay for private health insurance against their will IS unconstitutional.

3/ I have plenty of answers, but you are not smart enough to understand, no matter how simply it is explained.

And Republicans are the only ones that matter?

Newsflash...even 33% of Republicans support DACA

Newsflash...even 33% of Republicans support DACA

Double Newsflash: 33% of Republicans don't have a clue, as opposed to 100% Democrats.

The funniest thing is that the DACA registration system is now turning into an very effective deportation tool for ICE. ICE already knows who they are, where they live, where they work or go to school.

All ICE is doing is waiting for the SC decision, then it's "Round 'em up...move 'em out..."
