Yes, there are examples on both sides, but obama is the leader, it's his job to lead. He has ran out of talent in that department, assuming he had any to start with.
A "leader" doesn't stand back and blame others, especially for their own fuckups. A "leader" doesn't make excuses, they just get the job done, and he hasn't done that, not even remotely close to it.
