All leaders has followers and no one wants to follow Obama so how the hell is he supposed to lead? Especially when they all want to be chiefs and no one wants to be the Indians. They want to lead and want Obama to follow their leads.

In any event. If you are referring to policy. That is the job of POTUS...
If you are referring to legislation, that area is for the Senate and House to decide.
The legislative branch does not exist to do the bidding of POTUS.
To prevent that, our government has three distinct branches. No one branch more powerful than the other two or each individually.
Where you got the idea that the legislative branch exists to 'follow the lead'( read do what I tell you to do) is a mystery.
