How are we supposed to give due process to a terrorist hiding in the foothills of Yemen? if Anwar was interested in getting "due process" he could have turned himself in to the US Embassy in Sanaa.

Turned himself in with the real threat of being found the next morning hung by the neck with a belt he should not have had? Would you have done that? Now you can be deemed a terrorist it could very well happen to you.
