That works on the assumption that 1) Hispanics will remain a definable demographic. third generation, they don't speak spanish, they have white relatives, they aren't part of a group think.

2) that women will always be a group that democrats will continue to win. Even a complete misogynist like Mitt Romney was able to get 45% of the woman's vote. He won white women.

Had the GOP had the sense to nominate a moderate with a good record like Walker, Kasich, or whoever, they probably would have won this year.
