No charges for Shiner, Texas dad who killed daughter's alleged attacker | abc13.com

No real surprise here baring new evidence. Some of the horror of the day is evident from the 911 call...

No charges from grand jury for Texas dad who beat daughter’s molester to death « Hot Air

I think this is the right call. Unless more information comes out contradicting what facts I know I doubt I'll change my mind in this lifetime. Lethal force legally applied is not pretty or easy to contemplate but rarely does it seem so appropriate as in this case.

God help that little girl and her family.

The father is obviously a hater and probably a racist. Those poor people with the urge to rape little girls are victims. They were born that way so raping little girls is obviously not their fault. They need rehabilitation and social acceptance, not violence.

What we need is an act of Congress, a law protecting the rights of rapists...with appropriate funding of course for intervention, rehabilitation, and school programs to teach kids to treat rapists just like everyone else. Of course, we'll have to amend the history books in public schools to highlight the accomplishments of child rapists. Perhaps we could even have an official rapist history day.

    What say you?

What's this? A prosecutor using his own initiative to not go after someone because it's a waste of resources, rather than putting it into the hands of a jury? Shouldn't he be impeached? He's overstepping his bounds and putting the law in his own hands! Right, righties?

A text book for the course could be titled, "Heather has 2 rapists"?
