Ford made a diesel car in the early '60s?

That early 60's Ford Falcon Ranchero in the picture is a real collector's car and worth quite a few bucks. Even though someone slapped a fake Diesel logo on the tailgate. ....

That's what jumped out at me. Looks like it was ripped off a Mercedes.

It really is a nice picture. It's just not real. Nothing wrong with that, just thought I'd say it though.
