I'm happy to see that several of my former ESL students who tested out of language support last year are up for inclusion in the National Honor Society. A few are deciding between prestigious universities in the area to which they have been accepted already and have been offered scholarships. These are students who started in my class two years ago at an intermediate level of English at most. Hard work and diligence pay off.
