'Next Time We Won't Treat Haniyeh's Daughter'

Two wrongs don't make a right. Punishing one innocent child for the death of another isn't justice, nor is it even Jewish.

I thing you're confusing the daughter with the grandchild.

Haniyeh's daughter is an adult woman, already well fitted in the boots of her terrorist father.

Medicine doesn't pick and choose. You treat whoever needs it. Start pick and choosing and you're all done as a respectable nation.

Yeah, because we're so appreciated as it is.

You're not serious. Being in that position, would America agree let ISIS people into their hospitals? That's insane. Medicine doesn't choose, but nowhere in your owth you're obligated to make suicide in order to stay "ethical". you don't cure someone who wants and ACTS to kill you. That is where the line stands.

We have no choice, we're required both by sacred oath and the law to treat whoever's brought to us. Doesn't matter if it's Boothe, you treat the broken leg.

Read your oath again and see were it says that you MUST treat everyone in the world, because I cant see it anywhere.

"Except in emergencies." You treat who's brought to you. Ebola, gunshot wound, don't wanna treat em tough, shouldn't have gone to medical school.

You are not reading it right, to put it in laymans language you can refuse to treat anyone without giving an explanation . The emergencies are those of national importance when the state can conscript you as a medic and force you to fulfil your duties

Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman (Yisrael Beytenu) responded harshly to Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, who praised the murder of three-month-old Chaya Zisel Braun hy''d on Wednesday by a Hamas terrorist inJerusalem.

"Next time they ask for us to treat a daughter of Ismail Haniyeh in a hospital in Israel - we'll send them in response Haniyeh's praise of the murder of the baby Chaya Zisel Braun hy''d," declared Liberman.

Haniyeh just this month had his daughter treated in Tel Aviv's Ichilov Hospital, less than two months after the recent Hamas terror war that targeted Israeli civilians with rocket and terror tunnel attacks. In fact, several of Haniyeh's relatives have received medical treatment in Israel, including his mother in-law in June and granddaughter last November.

Ichilov Hospital confirmed that Haniyeh's daughter, one of 13 children, "was indeed hospitalized for medical treatment for several days at the hospital. Over 1,000 patients from Gaza and the Palestinian Authorityterritories - both adults and children - are hospitalized for treatment at our hospital every year."

The revelation led Ofer Mendelovich, the bereaved father of Golani Brigade soldier Oz Mendelovich hy''d who was killed this past summer in the Gaza campaign, to remark that the treatment of the terror leader's daughter was sheer "stupidity."

:eusa_clap:

If Haniyeh had his way and destroyed Israel, how would his family get their advanced medical treatment? His daughter, grand-daughter and mother-in-law might have died.

Of children that needed specialty treatment, how did Haniyeh's family get to the front of the line?
Maybe instead of building more tunnels into Israel, they should seek to improve their hospitals.

Must treat a patient in front of you regardless of race, religion, illness, etc. unless they have DNR or medical proxy with special request that refuse certain types of treatment.

A doctor does not have to endanger himself by traveling to high risk area elsewhere in the world. If the same patient was admitted to the hospital, the doctor would have to treat without bias.

There are no innocent Palestinian children, they are either born to die fighting Israel, or born to breed more boys to die fighting Israel.

They are the scum of the Arab world no Arab state will accept.

>>Refusing to Treat Patients
Physicians do not have unlimited discretion to refuse to accept a person as a new patient. Because much of medicine is involved with federal regulations, physicians cannot refuse to accept a person for ethnic, racial, or religious reasons. Nor can they discriminate based on the person's sex, unless the sex of the patient is relevant to the physician's specialty. Outside these protected areas, physicians have great latitude in refusing to accept persons as patients. The most common reason for refusing to accept a patient is the patient's potential inability to pay for the necessary medical services. Patients should be given some indication of the financial requirements when they make an appointment for treatment to prevent them from delaying making other arrangements for care while waiting for an appointment at which they will receive no treatment. While it has not been clearly established that making an appointment creates a physician-patient relationship, it would be difficult to explain to a jury why someone in urgent need of care was turned away after having waited for an appointment. A defensible decision not to accept a patient for financial reasons can appear questionable in retrospect if the person was injured by the subsequent delay in receiving medical care. Some physicians will not treat certain individuals or classes of patients. Perhaps the most common restriction is refusing to treat patients involved in accidents that will lead to litigation. Some physicians refuse to treat attorneys. Many obstetricians refuse to treat a pregnant woman who first seeks care after the sixth month of pregnancy. These decisions are shortsighted in a competitive market and ethically questionable in a market where they may make it difficult for the affected persons to obtain care; but they are not illegal.<<

Saeb Erekat

More statements have surfaced from Palestinian Authority (PA) chief negotiator
Saeb Erekat's Thursday speech, in which in addition to threatening unilateral UN Security Council moves against Israel next month, he blamed Israel for the Hamas terror attack in Jerusalem on Wednesday.

"We regret all loss of life. At the same time we reiterate that the Israeli occupation of Palestine remains the main source of violence and instability in the region," said Erekat in Ramallah. "Palestinian citizens continue to be oppressed, imprisoned, injured and killed by the occupation forces, with impunity and the full backing of the Israeli government."

In the statements, reported by the Palestinian Arab Ma'an News Agency on Friday, Erekat also launched a verbal barrage on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.

Netanyahu on Thursday said the attack the day before was supported by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas "who glorifies the murderers and also embraces the organization that they are part of, Hamas," a reference to the recent unity deal that torpedoed peace talks in April.

However, Erekat turned the situation on its head, saying "by recklessly claiming that President Abbas is inciting terrorism, Mr. Netanyahu has turned his back on peace.

He called the situation in east Jerusalem 'intolerable' without mentioning his government's recent provocations that have inflamed the political situation."

Regarding Abbas's culpability,a senior aid to Abbas was quick to praise the terrorist murder of the three-month-old, calling the terrorist a "hero."
Abbas and Erekat's Fatah faction likewise pledged "loyalty" to the terrorist baby killer on Thursday.

Erekat nevertheless continued his tirade, saying "Mr. Netanyahu and his extremist government coalition continue to refuse the minimum requirements for peace, including acceptance of the two-state solution. Instead of pursuing peace, his government systematically violates international law in order to consolidate its apartheid regime in Palestine."

As far as minimum requirements go, the PA led the last round of "peace talks" into the ground well before torpedoing them with the Hamas unity deal, refusing to recognize Israel as the Jewish state and breaching talk conditions and the Oslo Accords with unilateral moves by applying for international conventions.

But for Erekat, Netanyahu was the only one to blame.

"The man, once he looks at the mirror...should know who's responsible for the miserable situation of Palestinians and Israelis, the escalation of violence and so on," said the PA senior official. "He plants the seeds of desperation."Erekat has made a string of outrageous statements lately, equating the Jewish state with the Islamic State (ISIS) terror group last month, just days after claiming that 96% of the deaths in Gaza during Operation Protective Edge were civilians.

Extensive studies have revealed that a full 49% of those killed were in fact terrorists, making an unprecedented 1:1 ratio of civilian to combatant ratios almost unheard of in urban combat.<<

they always make their headlines exaggerated and well not the full truth , as most people just read the headlines and they know it. He did not justify the death of the infant but he did put the blame on where it belongs and only in an Israel paper have I see that an aid justified it, I have seen it no where else, and so what if an aid said he was an hero, Israel has heroes I would not consider as heroes. Once again the headline is very exaggerated as most people never bother to read the articles.
